Blue Globe's PMO Architecture and Advisory Services focuses on helping organizations develop -- or revamp -- a Project Management Office that fits the environment, culture and portfolios of projects present in the organization. This is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor.

Blue Globe has developed considerable expertise in the people, process, and technology considerations that factor into PMO Architecture. Beginning in September 2019, Blue Globe also plans to leverage its SmartBluePrints: PMO tool to help further accelerate PMO Architectural Design and rollout projects.
