Blue Globe Management Consultant's Principal, Peter Walzer led a team of consultants (from a partner consulting firm) and client management to complete an Information Technology (IT) strategic and tactical planning and business alignment engagement – beginning with a Balanced Scorecard approach – for a growing regional real estate firm that was in the process of expanding to an international business concern. Provided interim IT department leadership as part of overall consulting support services.
