Peter Walzer, Principal consultant, Blue Globe Management Consulting, provided strategic planning and business planning facilitation and to an Information Technology “talent management” concern that contracts with prominent independent consultants. The initial strategy and business planning sessions were focused on helping the client to define a new concept in the relationship contract agencies have with independent consultants.
