People, Process, and Technology Strategy Engagement

A regional utility engaged Peter Walzer, Principal at Blue Globe Management Consulting, to provide an Assessment and a set of actionable Next Steps for the Area Resource Service Organization (ARSO).  Mr. Walzer worked with key leaders of the utility to interview and develop a key set of findings that described the state and status of ARSO. These findings served as input into the ARSO Organizational, Process, and Technology Workshops that Mr. Walzer facilitated. These workshops then enabled the development of key Projects that were prioritized for execution with the objective of improving the future performance ARSO.
