A large, US-based, financial services firm initiated a large program of projects to fully merge two separate business entities. The effort was focused on moving the entire group annuities business to a common business and systems platform. Blue Globe Management Consulting's Principal, Peter Walzer, was engaged as Project Manager of two the projects in this program. The projects were scoped to include all aspects of this migration including project definition/chartering, business process analysis, change management (including communication, training, organizational readiness, etc.), system requirements definition, design, development, deployment, and conversion.
