Pharmaceutical M&A Engagement

Senior management of an international pharmaceutical concern made the decision to "spin-off" one of its California-based laboratory subsidiaries. To complete this "separation" transaction, California-based laboratory subsidiary engaged a team of professionals and key consulting resources to work with its management team and complete the transitional work. Blue Globe Management Consulting's Principal, Peter Walzer was engaged to support several key aspects of the Information Technology transition work. Mr. Walzer primarily assisted with the orderly retirement or transition to the California-based laboratory subsidiary of existing Information Technology vendors and processes, as well as the establishment of a detailed program management structure and process for managing this transition in conjunction with the California-based laboratory subsidiary Chief Information Officer and other key leaders.
