Blue Globe offers Process Redesign Services that are extremely practical, effective, and actionable. Although we speak "Six Sigma," Blue Globe Process Redesign Projects are focused on moving organizations forward with timely solutions, ensuring that proposed process redesigns can be implemented and that organizational buy-in will allow envisioned improvements to be realized.

Beginning in September 2019, Blue Globe's Process Redesign work will leverage pre-release versions of the SmartBluePrints: Business Modeling Lab and SmartBluePrints: Process Redesign Lab products (Production versions of these products are expected to be available for direct client use in the first half of 2020)
